Gails Fox is a highly experienced Agent, with over 12 years working with actors across Television, Film, Stage Drama and Commercials. Working closely alongside nearly every major casting director across the UK, Gails has placed and negotiated contracts for countless actors across TV series on HBO, Netflix, Sky, BBC, ITV, & Amazon Prime among others. She has taken talent from graduate level to Hollywood blockbusters, and pays huge emphasis on building exciting careers with a thoughtful sustainable approach.
Previously, alongside early roles in Bloomfield Welch & 40 Partners, Gails spent 10 years at BBA Management where she specialised in Stage Drama, TV & Film.
Elliott Thomson is the Founder and Managing Director, leading the agency with a clear vision, entrepreneurial drive and a deep commitment to talent-first representation. With a strong background in talent management and industry strategy, Elliott established the business to create a more personal, forward-thinking approach to developing and representing artists.
Since founding the agency, he has built a reputation for identifying distinctive voices and helping them grow sustainable, standout careers across live performance, broadcast and digital platforms. His leadership blends commercial insight with creative instinct, ensuring both the talent and the business thrive.
As Managing Director, Elliott oversees the agency’s strategic direction, partnerships and growth, while remaining closely involved in talent development. He is passionate about building long-term careers, championing originality, and creating opportunities that genuinely move talent forward.
Phoebe Fenwick is Founder & Director, bringing creative vision, strategic clarity and a people-first ethos to the heart of the agency. With a strong instinct for identifying emerging talent and shaping meaningful career pathways, Phoebe established the business to champion originality and create long-term opportunities for the artists.
Her approach blends sharp commercial awareness with genuine care for individual development. From brand positioning and audience growth to securing standout opportunities across live, broadcast and digital platforms, Phoebe works closely with talent to ensure every step forward is intentional and impactful.
As Director, she oversees the agency’s creative direction, fostering a collaborative culture built on trust, ambition and integrity. Phoebe is passionate about building sustainable careers and creating an environment where talent can thrive.

Previously, Phoebe and Elliott set up The Comedy Influence, a social first agency for comedy creators, comedians and comedy actors. The agency represents some of the most talented performers in the industry and is widely recognised as the leading agency for comedy creators.
Drawing on the same strategic, talent-first approach, and with the many years of industry expertise of Gails Fox, the Agency’s Head of Acting and Senior Agent, The Actors was created to support highly talented actors with ambition, passion and longevity in mind.
